I liked the episode alot. I thought it was Davies best written one to date. It serves him well to leave out the childish humor. Some of the real world parallels were a little too obvious but the overall story made up for any shortcomings.
Tonight was the second time I watched the first half at work and the second at home. Doing this reminds me of the old Who even more as it creates a cliff hanger at the 30 minute mark.

I loved it. Simon Pegg rocked well. I liked the detail of the futuristic writing system.
