Enlightenment Editor Sought

The ideal applicant would preferably have real world experience writing, editing and designing publications: commissioning writers and providing feedback on submissions, editing copy, and performing design and layout duties. Knowledge of Doctor Who and Doctor Who fandom is preferred though expertise is not essential. Experience with software such as Quark Xpress or InDesign would be considered an asset.
